Aaahyeeah I'm so relieved I can upload the full and non-potato quality version of this here. I had to chop it up into pieces over at Tumblr. Anyway this took 3 weeks to produce from scratch (idea>research>design>animation>composite). The only thing that wasn't made from scratch is that running character since I drew him before in another animated scene.
What's the story here? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

OH! I remember why your art/animation seem so familiar, now. It reminds me of The Eccentric Family, how both the anime and your animation seems grainy and static and the backgrounds give off similar vibes as well.
